Quality

QUALITY EMBEDDED

IN THE WORKFLOW

At ENBI, quality is not a checkpoint at the end of the process. It shapes the way we make decisions. Across design, engineering, validation and production.

By embedding quality in the workflow from the very start, we create stability throughout the entire process. Decisions are well-founded, risks are identified before they become problems, and validation is not an obligation after the fact, but a logical outcome of the way the process is set up.

Little of this may be visible in the finished product. What you experience, however, is significant: stability, repeatability and confidence. That is exactly where ENBI quality makes the difference.

PROCESS CONTROL

& MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY

An injection molding process is never stable “by default.” Stability has to be created. By people who know where variation occurs, which signals matter, and how to use technology to control those variables.

We do this by combining hands-on experience and process expertise with measurement and monitoring technology. We use proven measurement tools. We also use advanced instruments that detect what the human eye cannot see. This supports our people in spotting deviations faster, understanding them better, and making more targeted adjustments.

Discover the measurement and monitoring technologies we use, and how we turn them into stable output, cycle after cycle.

RISK MANAGEMENT & VALIDATION

Risk management is about gaining insight early: DFMEA serves as input and is translated into a PFMEA that shows where the design and process are vulnerable. Based on this, we define what is critical and what control measures are needed.

Validation makes this verifiable. Through IQ, OQ, and PQ, we build confidence in the installation, the process window, and long-term stability, for example in medical projects.

When the application or market requires it, we prepare a PPAP package before serial release. This includes, among other things, the control plan, capability evidence, and relevant documentation. We tailor the level of detail to the requirements of the product solution and application.

CHANGE CONTROL

Changes to the design, process, or specification require control. Whether driven by new insights, changing market requirements, or new technical possibilities, change control ensures that adjustments are implemented in a controlled way. With insight into the impact on quality, validation, and serial production, processes remain stable and decisions remain traceable, even when circumstances change.

COMPLIANCE & STANDARDS

Compliance en normeringen provide the framework that makes quality demonstrable. ENBI is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.

These certifications provide the foundation for how we design, document, and continuously improve our processes. In combination with GMP-aligned work methods and UL certification, where applicable, our procedures, documentation, and audits are aligned with the requirements of the product solution and the market in which it must perform, such as medical, food-grade, or high-performance industrial applications.
