In this phase, we transition from technical plan to realization. The design is finalized, materials have been selected, and the production approach has been established. Now we focus on building the process, from tooling and automation to setup and validation.

Everything we do at this stage lays the foundation for reliable mass production: managing complexity, minimizing variation, and guaranteeing quality before a single product rolls off the line.

The final steps toward realization.

Once the design is approved, we formally document everything: the design is frozen, materials are confirmed, and the production process is locked in. What started as a concept is now fully actualized. Specifications are set & safeguarded, and then translated into the tooling requirements, process setups, and quality agreements.

From this point forward, quality is embedded in the process. By ensuring everything meets the defined standards, our specialists lay the foundation for reproducible output.

This is where we engineer the complete production process. From molds and automation to vision systems and assembly, every element designed so far comes together in a process engineered for scalability, quality, and long-term stability.

Depending on the product’s complexity, we choose one of the following paths:

Series tooling: direct development of the final tooling and production process
Prototype process + series tooling: start by testing with prototype tools, then scale up to full-scale production

Realization is more than just a stage in production, it’s the technical execution of everything designed so far. This is where we prove how robust and repeatable the process truly is.

40 | Validation

Proven control before production.

Before series production begins, we run a final check to ensure everything is in place, from product to process. This phase is all about control, validation, and proving that the results meet real-world standards.

Validation depends on the application: IQ/OQ/PQ for medical products, PPAP for industrial ones. We verify dimensions, stability, performance, and repeatability, and the process (CpK/PQ) only advances to production once the final sample meets every requirement.

Validation isn’t just a formality, it’s a cornerstone of our quality strategy.
