We move into mass production only when everything is just right: tooling, process, and product. After the formal release, operations take over. Parameters are locked in, quality protocols are set, and output is consistent.

Assembly & Post-Processing 

From part to product.

Parts don’t always ship right after molding. Some require assembly, automated or manually, others post-processing such as curing, marking, or cleaning.

Together, we define what each application requires: efficient, precise, and tailored to both function and production volume. That way, we deliver exactly what’s needed for the next step, whether it’s a semi-finished component or a fully assembled product.

60 | Change control

Every change follows its own process.

The process does not end after product launch. When materials, design, application, or standards change, a change control process begins. Each modification is reviewed, documented, and revalidated where needed.

• Formal Request for Change (RFC)
• Reassessment and renewed release
• Full traceability and documentation

This way, you can be certain that when circumstances change, every step is handled consciously and in a controlled manner, ensuring the end product continues to meet all requirements.
