Series Production

Consistency demands control and flexibility.

Full-scale production begins only after tooling, processes, and products are fully validated. Everything laid out in earlier phases comes together at this junction, in a process defined by controlled repeatability, with every cycle meeting the same high standards for form, function, and quality.

Our production lines are built for precision and scalability. From food-grade to medical, from highly functional to visually critical, we manufacture to spec, backed by real-time MES data.

50 | Product Launch

From validation to release.

We move into mass production only when everything is just right: tooling, process, and product. After the formal release, operations take over. Parameters are locked in, quality protocols are set, and output is consistent.

  • Process released (CpK/PQ, IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP)
  • Production handover to operations
  • Initiation of repeatable cycles under controlled conditions

A true milestone followed parts rolling off the line, tightly controlled, ready to play their role in the bigger picture.

Injection Molding

Real-time control. Reliable output.

Across more than 25 injection molding machines, from 40 to 660 tons, we ensure stability in 1K, 2K, and LSR processes. With the Arburg ALS system, we track every parameter live: cycle times, rejects, temperature profiles, and beyond.

  • 1K, 2K, and LSR capabilities
  • High-end MES (ALS) for real-time process monitoring
  • Fully traceable production per cycle

Assembly & Post-Processing

From part to product.

Parts don’t always ship right after molding. Some require assembly, automated or manually, others post-processing such as curing, marking, or cleaning.

Together, we define what each application requires: efficient, precise, and tailored to both function and production volume. That way, we deliver exactly what’s needed for the next step, whether it’s a semi-finished component or a fully assembled product.

Warehouse & Logistics

In the logistics phase, we focus on what your process truly needs. Whether it is just-in-time delivery, buffer stock, or customized packaging, we align storage, transport, and distribution with your supply chain. We work with clear agreements and defined thresholds, so you can be certain deliveries arrive on time. Never too much, never too little. Exactly what is needed, at the right moment.

60 | Change control

Every change follows its own process.

The process does not end after product launch. When materials, design, application, or standards change, a change control process begins. Each modification is reviewed, documented, and revalidated where needed.

  • Formal Request for Change (RFC)
  • Reassessment and renewed release
  • Full traceability and documentation

This way, you can be certain that when circumstances change, every step is handled consciously and in a controlled manner, ensuring the end product continues to meet all requirements.
