Applied engineering

Applied Engineering

Unseen, yet essential in every solution.

At this stage, we build on everything refined during the introduction. With the challenge defined and the context shared, we now turn it into a production design that is manufacturable, reliable, and smart.

We don’t begin with the mold, we begin at the drawing board. Not isolated areas of expertise working in parallel, but true integration among engineers, designers, material specialists, toolmakers, and process experts.

The impact of this phase isn’t just something you see, it’s something you experience in the final result. That’s where the real difference lies, and that’s where ENBI truly stands apart.

00 | Co-Engineering

ENBI as your technical partner throughout the design process.

In this phase, ENBI joins the design team from day one. Not to take over, but to elevate the design. We give technical feedback, make adjustments where needed, and safeguard the balance between form, function, and manufacturability.

Together, we define the functional requirements, validate the design against production realities, and plan the entire path: from prototyping and validation to process setup and automation.

This way, we deliver a product solution that not only looks great, but is also fully manufacturable.

00 | Pre-Engineering

Technical validation as the foundation for what follows.

In the pre-engineering phase, we dive deeper into the details, analyzing where design, materials, and functionality intersect, and identifying risks or opportunities for improvement. Using DfM and DfA studies, along with Moldflow analyses, we validate the design against the demands of full-scale production.

We define critical tolerances, validate material choices, and establish the process window, knowing that every decision at this stage impacts the tooling, automation, and final product quality.

Our QA specialists are involved from day one, making sure every step meets the right specs and standards. No assumptions, only data-driven decisions, fully documented in a clear proposal.

Pre-engineering

10 | Business Case

From technical validation to a clear business case.

Once technical alignment and validation are complete, we turn it into a concrete proposal. This is where we build the business case: a detailed cost breakdown covering design, materials, tooling, production, and validation requirements.

An ENBI quote is more than a price tag, it’s a technically validated proposal you can count on.
