We assess DFM and DFA, run moldflow simulations, and look for the right balance between form, function, and process. Sometimes it moves fast. Sometimes we rebuild things three times over. But always with the same goal: proving it can be done.
We don’t use techniques in isolation, we combine them. That’s where value is created. For example, using LSR where thermoplastics fall short. Or by factoring automation into the design phase, ensuring grippers, cycle time, and tolerances are right from the start.
