Here we create solutions you may not see in the final product, but that are absolutely critical. And we’re looking for you to build, monitor, and improve those processes.
What will you do?
As a senior molding specialist, you’ll be responsible for setting up and overseeing efficient, reliable processes. You’ll also be working on:
- Systematically troubleshooting process-related production issues;
- Performing test moldings and recording all required data for both injection molding and blow molding (ISBM) processes;
- Instructing and supporting the IM & ISBM molders by sharing knowledge;
- Systematically troubleshooting process-related production issues;
- Designing, implementing, and refining process optimizations to ensure reliable operations;
- And acting as a partner for the Engineering and Sales departments on new projects.
Our strategy is a 24-hour production environment, with staff on-site for only 8 hours a day. For the remaining 16 hours, all machines run unmanned. Setting up robust and well-documented processes is therefore essential.

Who are you?

- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
- You are available 32–40 hours per week;
- You have at least 10 years of experience as an injection molder or trial molder;
- Experience with Blow Molding is a plus;
- You have extensive experience leading and motivating a team;
- Knowledge of robot programming is a plus;
- Knowledge of LEAN tools is a plus;
- You speak Dutch fluently and English proficiently.
