With technical insight, a hands on mindset, and attention to detail, you directly contribute to a stable and efficient production process.

What will you do?
As a Machine Operator, you work day shift and are responsible for converting and preparing injection molding machines. You collaborate closely with colleagues from production and technical services to ensure everything is ready before production starts. Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and converting injection molding machines for new production runs
- Preparing machines, peripheral equipment, and the workspace
- Checking safety, cleanliness, and completeness before start-up
- Identifying deviations and aligning with colleagues
- Contributing to more efficient changeover sequences and working methods
- Gradually developing towards greater independence in setup and adjustment
Who are you?
You are practically minded and enjoy working with technology. You do not need to know everything yet, but you are eager to learn. You recognize yourself in the following:
- Technical insight and an affinity with mechanics or hands-on work
- You work accurately and in a structured way
- You approach processes with an open mind and a fresh perspective
- 1–10 years of experience as a technical operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of LEAN, 6S and/or SMED methodologies is a plus
- You are open to guidance and training
