Unseen in the final product, but essential in the process.

Purchasing is more than placing orders. It’s about thinking ahead, connecting people and processes, and ensuring every element fits - technically, practically, and on time. At ENBI, we build solutions that may be invisible in the end product, yet make all the difference in quality and reliability.

That’s why we’re looking for a Tactical Buyer who understands processes, builds strong relationships, and works closely with colleagues to create a reliable, smart purchasing organization.

We kindly ask recruitment agencies not to respond to this vacancy.

What will you do?

As a Tactical Buyer, you are responsible for the daily purchasing, follow-up, and continuous improvement of procurement processes within ENBI. You maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor delivery times and prices, and ensure that our production never stops.

You collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Technical Services, and you play an active role in implementing our new ERP system. You also serve as a backup for operational purchasing when needed.

  • Placing, monitoring, and managing purchase orders;
  • Maintaining and improving supplier relationships;
  • Supporting price negotiations and supplier evaluations;
  • Analyzing deviations and proposing improvements;
  • Aiming for a delivery reliability of at least 98%;
  • Contributing to inventory management and process optimization;
  • Helping to implement and shape the ERP system.

Who are you?

You have experience in manufacturing and understand how to connect technical processes with commercial goals. You work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain a strong focus on quality.

  • At least 3 years of experience in both operational and tactical purchasing;
  • A completed NEVI 1 qualification (or equivalent) is a plus;
  • You work with openness: a fresh perspective and a drive to improve;
  • You show dedication: reliable, engaged, and precise;
  • You contribute to progress: thinking ahead on innovation, digitalization, and optimization.
