What will you do?
As an Injection Molding Technician, you work closely with colleagues to set up, monitor, and continuously improve efficient, trouble free production processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Independently building, setting up, and starting up injection molding machines
- Working with robots and auxiliary equipment to support production
- Resolving minor technical malfunctions
- Improving ongoing processes using LEAN principles
- Performing associated production activities
- Working according to Scientific Molding principles
Who are you?

- A completed MBO level education in a technical field or a comparable qualification
- Preferably completed Injection Molding Level 1 and 2 training
- Availability of 32–40 hours per week
- 3–5 years of experience as an Injection Molding Technician or Process Technician
- Experience with blow molding is a plus
- Knowledge of LEAN, 6S, and or SMED methodologies is a plus
